From Sydney
Drive north on the Newcastle Freeway (F3). Turn right at roundabout for Hexham and Taree. Go over the Hexham Bridge then take first right taking Tomago Road (Sign indicates Nelson Bay).
Follow signs to Nelson Bay. Not far past Bobs Farm is the turn for Soldiers Point (its not particularly well sign posted so keep an eye out for it). This will take you along Port Stephens Drive.
Follow Port Stephens Drive to the next roundabout and turn left down Soldiers Point Road. Drive along Soldiers Point Road for approx 2kms and Sandy's at the Point (no. 34) is on your left up a steep driveway. Parking is on the left of the double garage.
The trip from Sydney is around 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Newcastle and Williamtown have regular flights arriving from Sydney/ Melbourne/ Brisbane. Car hire is available at the airport as well as coach, taxi or limo. Soldiers Point is just 25 mins away.
